Shipping Policy

1. When will I receive my order?

Most orders without customization are processed within 2-3 business days after you prepay 70% of the invoice.

Most customized orders are processed within 5-10 business days after you prepay 70% of the invoice.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

How long shipping takes really depends on where you are from. To make it easy for you we created this simple table to help you estimate:

DHL Express Shipping: (suitable for1000-10,000 units)

  • USA, Canada, Mexico: 4-6 business days

  • Russia, UAE, Turkey, Poland, Norway: 6-7 business days

  • Other Europe countries: 4-6 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand, Myanmar, Sri Lanka: 6-7 business days

  • Asia: 3-5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7-10 business days

DHL Container Shipping: (suitable for >15,000 units) 

  • All countries: 32-45 business days

2. What is the Delivery Exception?

If we are experiencing in a high volume of order (>100,000 units), shipment may delay for a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.​

Packages often get held up at customs longer than expected, which can result in missed delivery dates.

If there is a weather issue or natural disaster (e.g, hurricane, tornado, wildfire, or flood) that renders a delivery route unpassable, the package will likely be delayed. These type of unpredictable delays beyond anyone’s control, known as “acts of God,” are usually regional.

Packages may be delayed if they require a signature upon reception and no one was home to accept the package. When a recipient was unavailable, delivery is reattempted the next day in most cases.

3. Customs, duties, and taxes

QA Bamboo Wholesale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer

4. Wha​t if I don't receive my package?

If the carrier cannot deliver the package (e.g., because of an incorrect address or label damage), then it may have to be returned to the sender.​

5. How much does it cost for shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and send to you with the Order Invoice. It depends on the quantity of your order. If you order over 100,000 units, we offer FREE SHIPPING (Maximum 1000 USD) for your order. You'd better subscribe our PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM for more benefits
