Return & Refund Policy
For us, quality and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. We always make sure the product quality, but if there are some damages during transportation or mold (because of our products made from bamboos), we are always willing to help you fix it. If you are unsatisfied with our products, feel free contact us to exchange the products. We offer a 30-day return for all customers so that you can be assured of the quality of QA Bamboo's products.
You can't cancel your order after 1 day purchasing because our products are customized for each customer.
Note that we only accept the return & refund if it was our fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 136, Tran Huy Lieu Street, Sub Area 8, Moc Chau District, Son La Province, Vietnam. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive & inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
